Meet Kristina

For over 3 decades , I've used my knowledge as a Medical Speech-Language Pathologist to help people recover facial movement after Bell's palsy and stroke.

For years I watched patients work incredibly hard and still leave discouraged. They weren't failing because they lacked discipline—they were simply being taught the wrong thing.

That's why I developed a brain retraining approach designed to help people restore more coordinated, natural facial movement.

Today, I've helped hundreds of patients take meaningful steps toward regaining confidence in their smile.

Now I'd like to share the same foundational principles with you in this free training.

What Makes This Different?

Most recovery advice teaches you what exercises to perform.

This training explains why they often don't work on their own.

Once you understand how your brain controls facial movement, you'll start seeing your recovery through an entirely different lens.

Instead of endlessly repeating exercises...

You'll learn how to support the communication between your brain and facial muscles—the foundation for more coordinated movement.

This free training is packed with practical strategies you can start using right away. If you'd like ongoing guidance and a personalized plan, I'll also show you how you can continue working with me inside The Facial Recovery Roadmap.

What Our Clients Are Saying:

"I smiled in family photos again."

"After 15 months with Bell's palsy, I had almost forgotten what it felt like to smile without thinking about my face. I avoided the camera and stood behind other people in family photos.

Now I'm smiling with my family again.

I may still be recovering, but I'm no longer hiding from the moments that matter."

— E.D. 15 months after Bell's palsy

"I ate in public without reaching for a napkin."

"I used to carry a napkin everywhere because my eye watered and liquids leaked from my mouth. Every meal felt embarrassing.

The first time I made it through lunch without constantly wiping my face, I wanted to cry.

Other people might see that as a small win.

To me, it felt like freedom."

— L.C. 14 months after a stroke

"My daughter asked me to be in the picture."

"I had avoided pictures for so long that my family stopped asking.

Then my daughter asked me to stand beside her for a photo.

This time, I didn't turn my face or make an excuse.

I smiled.

That picture means more to me than anyone will ever understand."

— C.J. 2 years after Bell's palsy

"This program really works."

"I'm so glad I decided to do the program. My husband took pictures of my smile from the beginning, and looking back at them now, the difference is incredible. This program really works."

— D.D. 5 years after a stroke

"I put on lipstick again."

"I had stopped wearing lipstick because I thought it made my uneven lips more noticeable.

One morning, I picked up a color I used to love and put it on.

When I looked in the mirror, I didn't focus only on what was different.

I saw a woman taking her life back."

— A.P. 11 months after Bell's palsy

"A true blessing in my recovery."

"Finding this program and committing to it has been one of the best decisions I've made. Kristina genuinely cares about her clients and encouraged me every step of the way. It's been a true blessing in my recovery."

— R.R. 3 years after Bell's palsy

The Moment Everything Starts to Feel Different
